What is Mycelix v6 Living and what is it for?

Mycelix v6 Living is a research-stage Holochain project that models a bioregional coordination protocol as a set of "living" primitives — composting, wounds, trust, dreaming and the like — organised into repeating metabolism cycles. It exists to explore what community coordination and governance software might look like if its rules were modelled on biological and regenerative systems rather than on transactions.

Mycelix v6 Living is a research-stage project in the Luminous-Dynamics organisation that describes itself in its README as the "Mycelix v6.0 Living Protocol Layer". Its stated purpose is to extend Mycelix — a wider family of Holochain-based civic and coordination software published by the same organisation — with a layer of what it calls living primitives: rules for coordination, governance and collective decision-making modelled on biological and regenerative systems rather than on transactions.

The primitives are grouped into five families — metabolism, consciousness, epistemics, relational and structural — and the README lists twenty-one of them, from composting and wounds to trust, dreaming and resonance. They run on a repeating twenty-eight-day metabolism cycle with nine named phases, and the protocol applies gate checks at three levels: blocking invariants, soft warnings, and advisory network-health signals.
