Terms of Service
The terms for reading the radar, claiming a page, submitting a project and rating an app.
Last updated 14 September 2026
Agreeing to these terms
By using hAppRadar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The party to these terms is hAppRadar, the service itself; it is independent and not affiliated with the Holochain Foundation, Holo or any project it lists.
What the service is
hAppRadar is a free guide to the projects being built on Holochain. It reads what each project publishes on GitHub or in the app file it ships, and shows what it found with the date it was read. It is a guide, not a store: no project pays to be listed or placed.
Taking part
- Claiming a page: only a maintainer of the project may claim it, by one of the proofs the claim page offers. A false claim is removed and the address is barred.
- Submitting a project: give the address of public code or a published app file you are allowed to share. A submission is read the following night and joins the radar only with evidence of Holochain code.
- Rating an app: one rating per person per app, from a GitHub account at least 180 days old, saying what you actually found. Ratings written to promote or damage a project are removed.
- Do not scrape, overload or probe the service, and do not republish its pages as a whole.
Marks and content
Project names, marks and descriptions belong to their projects. The pages, design and the collected figures belong to hAppRadar. If something published here is wrong, or is yours and you want it corrected or taken down, write to us and we correct it or replace it with a stub, keeping the previous version on file.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as it is and as available. A listed app is not endorsed, a figure may be incomplete, and a project may change or vanish after it was read. To the extent the law allows, hAppRadar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the service, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for it, which is nothing.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top says when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
