What is Tools Library and what is it for?

Tools Library is a Holochain app built by the publishers of Moss as the tool library for their group collaboration software. Its purpose is the catalogue of small Holochain apps, called Tools, from which Moss groups pick the ones that make up their shared space.

From the repository root, enter the Nix development shell and install dependencies: nix develop, then npm install.
