What is holochain-moq and what is it for?
holochain-moq is a software library project for exchanging real-time data between peers. It separates Holochain's role in peer identity and discovery from MoQ's role in carrying live data.
holochain-moq is a project for real-time data exchange between peers, using Holochain for peer and application coordination and MoQ over QUIC to carry live data. Its design separates lasting information about peers and streams from the realtime data itself.
In human terms, Holochain handles who peers are and how they find stream information; MoQ carries the stream payload. The project describes this as a division between a control plane and a realtime data plane.
The repository documents a two-process Rust example in which a publisher sends a stream to a subscriber over a direct connection. Its README links to the example, and the architecture and protocol documents explain the design.
